Integrations
Connect Enscale to Shopify, Meta channels, review platforms, and payment providers.
Enscale connects to your store, your messaging channels, and a few third-party services. This page covers what each integration does and how to set it up.
Shopify
Installed automatically with the app. It's what everything else is built on.
Shopify provides your customer and order data, the events that trigger automations, product lookups for AI agents and workflows, the metafields that show review ratings on your storefront, and the theme extension that serves your widgets.
See Shopify installation and Webhook reference.
Messaging channels
| Channel | Setup |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp setup | |
| Instagram setup | |
| Facebook setup | |
| Webchat | Webchat widget |
You connect your own Meta Business account. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messaging — Enscale doesn't resell or mark it up.
Your plan caps the total number of connected channels across all types. See Channels overview.
Review platforms
Import your existing reviews so you don't start from zero.
| Source | Imports |
|---|---|
| Judge.me | Rating, review body, author, product, date, media, verified status. |
| Loox | The same, where available. |
Reviews are matched to Shopify products during import. Anything that can't be matched is reported so you can fix it rather than losing it.
Import before you switch your storefront widgets over, so customers never see an empty reviews section on a product that had dozens.
See Reviews.
Razorpay
Generate payment links from inside a workflow.
The main use is COD-to-prepaid conversion: an order comes in as cash on delivery, and a flow offers a small discount to pay now, with a Razorpay link attached.
Add your credentials
In Integrations, add your Razorpay API credentials.
Use the node
Add the Razorpay node in a workflow. It creates a payment link and exposes the URL for a following message.
Send the link
Reference the link in a template message. Wrap it in a Format link node so the resulting payment is attributable.
A typical flow:
Trigger: Order Created
→ Condition: payment_gateway_names contains "Cash on Delivery (COD)"
→ Razorpay: create payment link
→ Template Message: "Pay now and save 5% — {{link}}"Meta Conversions API
Not something you connect — it works once ad-click tracking is in use.
For contacts with an active ad attribution, Enscale reports purchase events back to Meta so its ad optimisation learns which clicks became orders. Organically-acquired customers aren't reported.
See Revenue attribution.
What isn't available yet
A public API for building your own integrations is planned but not generally available. See API for what's possible today — notably, anything that can tag a Shopify customer can start an Enscale workflow.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Channel shows Error | Token expired or permissions revoked at Meta. Reconnect. |
| Shopify events not triggering | Confirm the workflow is Active. See Webhook reference. |
| Review import incomplete | Products that couldn't be matched are reported. Check the import summary. |
| Razorpay link creation fails | Verify credentials, and that the order has a valid amount and currency. |
| Widget not loading | The theme app embed must be enabled on your published theme. |
