Roadmap principles
- Inbox must remain always available.
- Conversations stay available on every plan, including Free.
- Tenant isolation is non-negotiable.
- WhatsApp opt-in comes before outbound messaging.
- Review authenticity matters more than vanity metrics.
- Merchant setup should become simpler over time.
